You are right, ideally ethanol could be made from cellulose or maybe they can figure something else out to provide the extra oxygen to fuel to reduce carbon monoxide production. We need it here in Arizona and require E-10 , but just in the wintertime. We will never need or want E-15 or higher. That is a good looking dog, we have a 6 yr old white, Bichon Frise "puppy" that rules our home. I see that you know my buddies "TuanCanCook" and "SHEP20715". Want to become buddies with me? Hi, you made a great post today on the news item: "Controversial motor fuel with more ethanol raises concerns". My thoughts are: Blending E-10 is good because it reduces the amount of poisonous carbon monoxide produced by all internal combustion engines. Increased amounts of ethanol provide no additional health benefits, significantly reduce MPG and can harm most engines and fuel systems. No MORE Food or Feed for Fuel!!! Want to become buddies???
